In quarterfinal play, Witz forced overtime with a goal with 19 seconds left in regulation and Bruner scored with 2:38 left in the OT to give Georgetown a 3-2 win over the Patriots; Jack Pelkey scored twice and Colin Ryan and No. 16 both posted a goal and an assist as Chelmsford edged Gate City 4-3 — Sebastian Zeman with two goals in the loss; and Dylan Kuczek delivered 2-1-3 and Aaron Scarelli came within 3:12 of a shutout as Mill City downed Acton-Boxboro 4-1.
In the semis, Mike Marchese had 1-1-2 in Burlington’s 5-1 victory over Georgetown; and Pelkey scored twice in Chelmsford’s 4-1 triumph over Mill City.
In the title game, CJ Hacker capped Burlington’s four-goal first period with two goals, Fletcher Bilodeau had 1-1-2 and Jake Berglund pitched a shutout in Burlington’s 6-0 victory over Chelmsford.
